Este esta Cool si kieres ser un ranger puro con Rider .

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dragonbond Knight
“ She is not my steed, she is my companion. ”

Fantasy worlds are filled with people who ride around on all kinds of stuff, but none is more immediately iconic than that of the Dragon Rider. Every fantasy world has warriors who ride around on dragons. Even ones that don't fit into D&D methodology in any other way. At some level it resonates.
[edit] Becoming a Dragonbond Knight
Entry Requirements Class: Any dragon related class (at DM's discretion).
Skills: Diplomacy 10 ranks, Ride 13 ranks, Knowledge(Arcana) 6 ranks.
Feats: Mounted Combat, any two dragon related feats (at DM's discretion).
Languages: Draconic.
Special: Must have made friendly contact with a dragon and performed a service for that dragon.

Table: The Dragonbond Knight

Hit Die: d10

Level Base
Attack Bonus Saving Throws Special
Fort Ref Will
1st +1 +2 +0 +2 Dragonbonded Mount, Draconic Mutation, Dragon Skills
2nd +2 +3 +0 +3 Accelerated Growth
3rd +3 +3 +0 +3 Dragon Resistances
4th +4 +4 +1 +4 Dragonriding
5th +5 +4 +1 +4 Flyby Attack, Dragon Fighting
6th +6 +5 +1 +5 Dragon Senses, Immunity to Fear
7th +7 +5 +2 +5 Dragon Immunity
8th +8 +6 +2 +6 Bahamut's Will/Tiamat's Will
9th +9 +6 +2 +6 Dragon Empathy
10th +10 +7 +3 +7 Synchronicity

Class Skills (4 + Int modifier per level)
Appraise (Int), Bluff (Cha), Climb (Str), Craft (Int), Diplomacy (Cha), Handle Animal (Cha), Intimidate (Cha), Jump (Str), Knowledge (all skills individually) (Int), Listen (Wis), Perform (Cha), Profession (Wis), Ride (Dex), Search (Int), Sense Motive (Wis), Spot (Wis), Swim (Str).
[edit] Class Features

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The Dragon Rider gains no proficiency with armor or weapons.

Dragonbonded Mount: A Dragonbond Knight is only half of himself without his dragon companion. At first level, the Dragonbond Knight is granted a dragon that serves as his companion and ally. The Dragonbond Knight may choose any type of dragon he wishes, but the dragon's hit dice cannot exceed the Dragonbond Knight's character level minus 2, or the Dragonbond Knight's class level plus 10, whichever is less. Once a bond is formed between the two creatures, their binding is final; a Dragonbond Knight may not receive another dragon. Although a dragon is bonded to the Dragonbond Knight, it still has the same needs and desires as others of its race, including its love of gold and wealth. As such, half of a Dragonbond Knight's share of gold must be given to the dragon for its hoard.

Draconic Mutation: The bond between the Dragonbond Knight and his dragon causes a mutation in the dragon's physiology. A Dragonbond Knight's dragon is one size category larger than a typical dragon of that age. (Note that by default, gargantuan dragons have clumsy maneuverability.)

Dragon Skills: Whatever a Dragon Rider does with her life, the special skills of her Dragon Mount's race are class skills for her, and she gains a +3 bonus on them (Balance and Climb for White, Hide and Swim for Black, Bluff and Listen for Blue, Survival and Diplomacy for Green, Sense Motive and Appraise for Red, etc.).

Accelerated Growth: Being tied to a Dragonbond Knight causes changes in a dragon's maturation. Whenever a Dragonbond Knight is a high enough level to accept a dragon of an age category higher than his current dragon, his companion immediately grows to that age, in both body and mind.

Dragon Resistances (Ex): A Dragon Rider is naturally resilient to whatever it is that her dragon breathes. She gains Energy Resistance equal to her Base Attack Bonus to that energy type.

Dragonriding: A Dragonbond Knight may add his class level as a bonus to any Ride checks made in conjunction with riding a dragon. Also, any dragon ridden by a Dragonbond Knight enjoys maneuverability of one grade better than normal (but no better than average maneuverability).

Flyby Attack (Ex): Any dragon mount ridden by a Dragonbond Knight is treated as having the Flyby Attack feat, even if it doesn't already have it. If it does, it gains another feat that it could take at that level.

Dragon Fighting (Ex): A 5th level Dragonbond Knight knows the tricks of fighting with and against Dragons. Any attack he makes against a Dragon inflicts an extra 2d6 of damage.

Dragon Senses (Ex): A 6th level Dragon Rider has Blindsight out to 30', as well as Darkvision out to 60' and Low-light Vision.

Immunity to Fear (Ex): By training with such ferocious creatures, Dragonbond Knights have developed a superior sense of bravery, and are immune to all types of Fear.

Dragon Immunity (Ex): At 7th level, a Dragonbond Knight gains immunity to whatever energy type his Dragon Mount breathes. Also, he has immunity to Sleep, Paralysis and Aging; the immunities granted by being a Dragon.

Bahamut's Will/Tiamat's Will (Su): At 8th level, a Dragonbond Knight gains a bonus equal to his Charisma bonus (if any) on all saving throws, but only if they worship either Bahamut or Tiamat. This means freelance Dragonbond Knights do not get this class ability. This ability does not stack with Divine Grace.

Dragon Empathy (Su): The Dragonbond Knight can speak telepathically to any Dragonkind creature within 60ft. The Dragonkind will understand whatever the Dragonbond Knight says to it. The Dragonbond Knight has a +5 to all checks involving Dragonkind. The range increases to 120ft at level 5, and 240ft at level 10.

Synchronicity (Ex): At 10th level, a Dragonbond Knight has become one with his mount, and is no longer made to take Ride checks outside of combat. In combat, the Dragonbond Knight gets an additional +10 competency bonus to Ride checks on his dragon, and may take a standard action to grant his dragon an extra move action that turn.

---Ex-Dragonbond Knights---

If a Dragonbond Knight makes a huge decision that his Dragon objects to (ex. the decision is incompatible with the Dragonbond Knight's or mounts alignment), offends his mount majorly, or decides to stop revering Dragonkind, the mount will leave the Dragonbond Knight. At that time, the Dragonbond Knight loses all Dragonbond Knight Class features, and must contact the Dragon to apologize. If the Dragon accepts the apology, it will re-join with the Dragonbond Knight, and they will regain all pre-existing Dragonbond Knight Class features.

Note: A Dragonbond Knight that has a mount, but is not riding it does not lose their Dragonbond Knight class features.

If a Dragonbond Knight's mount dies, the Dragonbond Knight immediately takes 1d4 damage for each hit dice the dragon possessed. the Dragonbond Knight may spend 24 hours in a ritual to revive the Dragon. The Dragon will be fully revived in its original body, which means a part of the body is required for the ritual. The Dragonbond Knight must also relinquish some of his own blood onto the Dragon in order to revive it. The Dragonbond Knight's CON is reduced by 1 permanently.

Dragon Soldier (3.5e Prestige Class)
Dragon Soldier Rating: Not rated
(Rate this class)
Status: Complete
Editing: Spelling and Grammar
A Dragon Soldier, vanquishing some human bandits.
“ Synchronized, a Dragon and its Rider act as one. A strong bond forms between the two, and each gives the other the strength and will to succeed. ”

There are many iconic figures in fantasy stories, but nothing as iconic as the fabled Dragon. They can fill many different roles in such tales; a wise elder who gives cryptic messages to heroes, or a tyrannical antagonist who devastates cities and villages. Some stories though recount the tale of a Dragon forming a bond with an unsuspecting hero. This prestige class is dedicated to such a hero; the Dragon Soldier.

Special: Must have made friendly contact with a dragon.

[edit] Class Features

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: The Dragon Soldier is proficient with all simple and martial weapons, with all types of armor (light, medium, and heavy), and with shields (except tower shields).

Dragon Mount: A Dragon Soldier always has a level appropriate Dragon to ride around on, and should be 1 size category larger than the Soldier. A level appropriate Dragon is 2 levels lower than the Dragon Soldier's character level.

Dragon Skills: Whatever a Dragon Soldier does with his life, the special skills of the Dragon Mount's race become class skills for him, and he gains a +3 bonus on them.

Dragon Resistances (Ex): A Dragon Soldier is naturally resistant to whatever it is that his dragon breathes. He gains Energy Resistance equal to his Base Attack Bonus to that energy type.

Immunity to Fear (Ex): By training with such ferocious creatures, Dragon Soldiers have developed a superior sense of bravery, and are immune to all types of Fear.

Dragon Empathy (Su): The Dragon Soldier can speak telepathically to any Dragonkind creature within 30ft. The Dragonkind will understand whatever the Dragon Soldier says to it. The Dragon Soldier has a +5 to all checks involving Dragonkind.

Dragon Armor: A Dragon Soldier can fashion armor and shield for himself from the discarded scales of his mount. This is appropriate Dragonscale equipment that does not require the skinning of a live Dragon. While the Dragon Soldier is using it, this Dragonscale equipment has an armour bonus equal to one third of his character level. This is not a magical enhancement, nor does the armour bonus grow as the character levels up; another suit of armour would need to be crafted. As this armor was created from discarded Dragon scales, the –4 circumstance penalty on Diplomacy checks with Dragons does not apply.

Dragon Immunity (Ex): At 4th level, a Dragon Soldier gains immunity to whatever energy type his Dragon Mount breathes. Also, he has immunity to Paralysis and Aging; the immunities granted by being a Dragon.

Flight Training (Ex): At 4th level, the Dragon Soldier learns to better handle himself on the back of a Dragon. He gains a +5 to trying to Ride his Dragon while it is in flight.

Bahamut's Will/Tiamat's Will (Su): At 5th level, a Dragon Soldier gains a bonus equal to his Charisma bonus (if any) on all saving throws, but only if they worship either Bahamut or Tiamat. This means freelance Dragon Soldiers do not get this class ability. This ability stacks with the Divine Grace class ability.

Dragon Senses (Ex): At 5th level, a Dragon Soldier has Blindsight out to 30', as well as Darkvision out to 60' as well as Low-light Vision.

Dragon Fighting (Ex): A 6th level Dragon Soldier knows the tricks of fighting with and against Dragons. Both the Dragon Soldier and his mount have the Edge for any attack they make against any Dragon. Also, any attack he makes against a Dragon inflicts an extra 2d6 of damage.

Keen Dragon Strike (Ex): At 7th level, Dragon Soldiers harness their Draconic spirit to bolster their own combat abilities, and can strike their foes down with more force. Dragon Soldiers add +1 to their threat range (max 15-20) and critical multiplier for all proficient weapons. This may stack with Improved Critical or other things of the same effect; but only after those effects are applied.

Destroy Property (Ex): At 8th level, a Dragon Soldier may ride his mount straight through objects that obstruct his path. While flying at full speed, his mount may crash through objects even as structurally sound as Force effects without slowing down.

Synchronicity (Ex): At 10th level, a Dragon Soldier has become one with his mount, and is no longer made to take Ride checks outside of combat. In combat, the Dragon Soldier gets an additional +5 to Ride checks.

Bonus Feat: At 3rd, 6th and 9th level, a Dragon Soldier may take a bonus Fighter feat as long as they meet the appropriate pre-requisites.

(These feats may use Dragon Soldier levels along with Fighter levels for prerequisites.)

Ex-Dragon Soldiers

If a Dragon Soldier makes a huge decision that his Dragon objects to (ex. the decision is incompatible with the Dragon Soldier's or mounts alignment), offends his mount majorly, or decides to stop revering Dragonkind, the mount will leave the Dragon Soldier. At that time, the Dragon Soldier loses all Dragon Soldier Class features, and must contact the Dragon to apologize. If the Dragon accepts the apology, it will re-join with the Dragon Soldier, and they will regain all pre-existing Dragon Soldier Class features.

Note: A Dragon Soldier that has a mount, but is not riding it does not lose their Dragon Soldier class features.

If a Dragon Soldier's mount dies, the Dragon Soldier may spend 4 hours in a ritual to revive the Dragon. The Dragon will be fully revived in its original body, which means a part of the body is required for the ritual. The Dragon Soldier must also relinquish some of his own blood onto the Dragon in order to revive it.
[edit] Dragon Soldier Lore

Characters with ranks in Knowledge (Arcana) can research Dragon Soldiers to learn more about them. When a character makes a skill check, read or paraphrase the following, including information from lower DCs.
Knowledge (Arcana) DC Result
10 Dragon Soldiers worship one of the Dragon Gods; Bahamut or Tiamat.
15 By spending so much time with their Dragon partner, Dragon Soldiers eventually become immune to the energy type their Dragon breathes.
20 Dragon Soldiers can communicate telepathically with Dragonkind.
25 Long ago, there was a great disagreement between the Dragon Gods, Bahamut and Tiamat. Large armies of Dragon Soldiers went to war for their respectful Gods. Many soldiers lost their lives over the course of the war. Eventually, the great war dwindled away; however, the grudges between the two factions still remain. Dragon Soldiers that meet another Soldier of the opposite faction vow to slay one another, until one of the two are dead.
